Honor Flight

San Diego (Nov. 3, 2013) - World War II veteran and former Army Corporal Sid Walton receives flowers from Leah T. Powell, 11, who was part of a group of Junior Girl Scouts on hand to greet approximately 80 World War II veterans returning to Lindbergh Field after an all-expense paid Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C., to visit the World War II Memorial and other war memorials in the nation’s capital.
